about me title.png

I have always found art making in my own practice intrinsically healing and felt that helping people via non-verbal creative methods would be an amazing way to give back and assist others in need.

Having completed my Master's in Art Therapy in 2020, I am a qualified counsellor and registered Art Therapist with the Australian, New Zealand, and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA). My focus is working with clients through acute trauma-informed practice, and my passion for holistic healing through art grows every day.

Residing and working on Gadigal land, my journey into art therapy began after earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts at UNSW and traveling overseas. While in London, I worked at a school for students with Autism, which sparked my passion for art therapy. I am also trained in DBT art therapy, which enhances my ability to provide comprehensive care.

I am dedicated to integrating non-verbal creative therapeutic interventions across various settings, strongly believing in the power of art to foster connection, creativity, and collaboration. My practice spans a wide range of demographics, specializing in working with young people, individuals with complex trauma, NDIS clients, and those in rehabilitation, including drug and alcohol rehabilitation services for women. I have extensive experience in both acute inpatient hospital settings and outpatient youth organisations, including government services like Headspace and Youth Off The Streets

.

My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, where you drive the process. Together, we will work through the challenges you face in your personal or professional life. In our work together, I will meet you where you are, with the aim to bring about a sense of empowerment and allow your truest, happiest, and most authentic self to emerge. My approach is characterized by authenticity, curiosity, and openness, which I believe are essential in facilitating a healing space through art-making.
